TNR Cards & Collectibles operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing e-commerce, consumer protection, and online marketplaces. All users are required to comply with the same laws in their use of this Service.

2. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)

TNR Cards & Collectibles maintains policies to prevent money laundering and illegal financial transactions. We reserve the right to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities and to terminate accounts suspected of illegal financial conduct.

3. EXPORT CONTROL & SANCTIONS

Users may not use the platform to facilitate transactions that violate United States export control laws or OFAC sanction regulations. Use of the platform by sanctioned individuals or entities is strictly prohibited.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLIANCE

TNR Cards & Collectibles respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Rights holders may submit takedown requests for infringing listings. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

5. CONSUMER PROTECTION

We comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act and applicable state consumer protection laws. Sellers must accurately represent their products. Deceptive advertising and false descriptions are prohibited.

6. PAYMENT CARD INDUSTRY (PCI) COMPLIANCE

All payment card data is handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Card information is processed by certified payment processors and is never stored directly on our servers.

7. ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE

TNR Cards & Collectibles is committed to making our platform accessible. We strive to comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards where technically feasible.

8. COPPA COMPLIANCE

9. CAN-SPAM COMPLIANCE

Legal disputes arising from use of this platform are subject to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules in Pennsylvania. Class action and jury trial rights are waived to the extent permitted by law.

11. LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION

TNR Cards & Collectibles cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies when presented with valid legal process including warrants, subpoenas, or court orders. We may disclose user data when required by law without prior notice.
