Buyer Agreement

1. BUYER ELIGIBILITY

To purchase on TNR Cards & Collectibles you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Have a verified account with a valid email address
  • Agree to these Buyer Agreement terms

2. PURCHASING

When you place an order or win an auction, you are entering into a binding purchase agreement with the seller. You agree to:

  • Pay the full purchase price including shipping costs
  • Provide accurate shipping and billing information
  • Complete payment within the specified timeframe
  • Not retract bids or cancel purchases without legitimate reason

3. PAYMENT

All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment system. By providing payment information you authorize TNR Cards & Collectibles to charge the specified amount. Payment is due at time of purchase or upon winning an auction.

4. RECEIVING ORDERS

Buyers agree to:

  • Inspect items promptly upon receipt
  • Report any issues, damage, or discrepancies within 72 hours of delivery
  • Communicate professionally with sellers regarding any concerns
  • Not file false claims or disputes

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return eligibility is determined by the individual seller's stated return policy. TNR Cards & Collectibles may mediate disputes at its sole discretion. Buyers may be eligible for a refund if:

  • An item is significantly not as described
  • An item is not received within a reasonable timeframe
  • An item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging

6. AUCTIONS

By placing a bid on an auction, you are making a binding offer to purchase the item at that price. Bid retractions are only permitted in exceptional circumstances. Repeated bid retractions or non-payment after winning may result in account suspension.

7. BUYER CONDUCT

Buyers agree to:

  • Maintain respectful and professional communication with sellers
  • Not engage in fraud or abuse of the dispute process
  • Not attempt to transact outside the platform to avoid fees
  • Report suspected fraud, counterfeit items, or prohibited listings

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TNR Cards & Collectibles acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not the seller of record for third-party listings. We are not liable for seller misrepresentation, shipping failures, or item condition beyond our dispute resolution process.

9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

TNR Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban buyer accounts for violations of this agreement, fraudulent activity, payment defaults, or any conduct deemed harmful to sellers or the marketplace.

10. MODIFICATIONS

TNR Cards & Collectibles may update this Buyer Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
