Seller Agreement

1. SELLER ELIGIBILITY

To sell on TNR Cards & Collectibles you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Have a verified account with a valid email address
  • Agree to these Seller Agreement terms

2. LISTING REQUIREMENTS

All listings must:

  • Be accurately described with honest condition grades
  • Include clear, accurate photographs of the actual item
  • Disclose all known defects, damage, or alterations
  • State correct shipping costs and estimated delivery times
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights

3. PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items may not be listed or sold:

  • Counterfeit, fake, or reproduction cards represented as authentic
  • Stolen goods of any kind
  • Items that violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Full-size motor vehicles (toy die-cast vehicles permitted)
  • Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
  • Any item prohibited under the platform's Terms of Service

4. FEES & PAYMENTS

Sellers are responsible for applicable platform fees as outlined in the current pricing schedule. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. TNR Cards & Collectibles processes payments securely and remits seller proceeds according to the published payout schedule.

5. SHIPPING OBLIGATIONS

Sellers agree to:

  • Ship sold items within the stated handling time
  • Package items appropriately to prevent damage in transit
  • Provide tracking information for all shipped orders
  • Communicate promptly with buyers regarding order status
  • Resolve shipping issues promptly and professionally

6. RETURNS & DISPUTES

Sellers must honor their stated return policy. In the event of a dispute, TNR Cards & Collectibles may mediate and issue a final binding decision, including issuing refunds or removing seller privileges.

7. SELLER CONDUCT

Sellers agree to:

  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with buyers
  • Not engage in bid manipulation, shill bidding, or auction fraud
  • Not solicit buyers to transact outside of the platform
  • Not misrepresent items, grades, or conditions
  • Report suspected fraud or counterfeit items

8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

TNR Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban seller accounts for violations of this agreement, patterns of negative feedback, fraudulent activity, or any conduct determined to harm buyers or the integrity of the marketplace.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless TNR Cards & Collectibles from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the seller's listings, sales, or conduct on the platform.

10. MODIFICATIONS

TNR Cards & Collectibles may update this Seller Agreement at any time. Continued use of the selling features constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
