Beta Testing Agreement

1. PURPOSE OF BETA PROGRAM

TNR Cards & Collectibles is currently in a beta testing phase. By participating as a beta tester, you help shape and improve the platform before its public launch. This agreement governs your participation in the beta program.

2. BETA TESTER ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the beta program you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age with valid ID verification
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Agree to all terms in this Beta Testing Agreement
  • Have accepted the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable Buyer/Seller Agreements

3. BETA TESTER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a beta tester, you agree to:

  • Actively test platform features and functionality
  • Report bugs, errors, and unexpected behavior through available channels
  • Provide honest, constructive feedback on user experience
  • Test across different devices and browsers when possible
  • Participate in optional surveys and feedback sessions
  • Report any security vulnerabilities immediately to the team

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

During the beta period, you may be exposed to unreleased features, business information, or proprietary systems. You agree not to:

  • Share screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of beta-exclusive features publicly
  • Discuss unreleased features with non-beta participants
  • Share your beta access credentials with others

5. "AS IS" PLATFORM

The beta platform is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Beta features may be incomplete, buggy, changed, or removed at any time without notice. TNR Cards & Collectibles is not liable for any data loss, errors, or service interruptions during the beta period.

6. FREE PRO ACCESS DURING BETA

All beta testers receive complimentary Pro membership for the first 12 months from account creation. This includes all Pro tier features. After the promotional period, accounts transition to the Free tier unless upgraded.

7. FEEDBACK LICENSE

By submitting feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant TNR Cards & Collectibles an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, implement, and build upon your feedback without compensation or attribution.

8. ACCOUNT & DATA DURING BETA

Beta account data may be reset or modified during the testing period. While we aim to preserve data, you acknowledge that beta data may be deleted, rolled back, or altered for testing purposes. Do not rely on the beta platform to store irreplaceable data.

9. PROGRAM TERMINATION

TNR Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to end the beta program, revoke beta access for any user, or transition the platform to general availability at any time. Beta testers will be notified of major program changes via email when reasonably possible.

10. TRANSITION TO GENERAL AVAILABILITY

Upon general public launch, this Beta Testing Agreement will be superseded by the standard Terms of Service, Buyer Agreement, and/or Seller Agreement as applicable to your account type.

11. MODIFICATIONS

TNR Cards & Collectibles may update this Beta Testing Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the beta program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
